My Pratice: I want to first offer you a safe space to say what’s on your mind without the worry of what others will think or struggling at home alone. Our mental health matters and I am very proud that you are reaching out for support. It is not always easy. For seven years I have been counselling persons in urban and rural Southern Ontario from across Canada and 120 countries at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Works, Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre, and the House of Commons. I listen and create a therapy plan with my client that best reflects the support they need to support their mental health, and life goals.
